Oriora Symptom Log

Track how you feel over time.

Log how you feel each day — pain and energy, sleep, triggers, medications — and Symptom Log works out the trends on your device: rolling averages and how they've changed, bad-day streaks, day-of-week patterns, and which logged triggers line up with worse days. Ask for a trend summary and the AI describes those numbers in plain sentences. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice — it only describes your own logged data. Your log stays on your device.

What you get

  • Log pain and energy, sleep, triggers and medications each day
  • On-device trends — rolling averages and how they've shifted
  • Bad-day streaks and day-of-week patterns
  • See which logged triggers line up with worse days
  • A trend summary that describes your own numbers in plain sentences
  • Your data stays on your device — Oriora keeps nothing

Example outputs

"Over the last 30 days your pain averaged 4.2, down 0.6 from the prior month."
"On the 6 nights you logged under 6 hours of sleep, next-day pain averaged 5.8 vs 3.6 after other nights."
A timeline of your logs you can show at an appointment

How it works

1

Log daily

Record pain and energy, sleep, any triggers or meals, and medications taken.

2

It finds the trends

Rolling averages, streaks, day-of-week patterns and trigger co-occurrence — all computed on your device.

3

Ask for a summary

The AI describes those numbers in plain sentences — never a diagnosis or advice.

FAQ

Is this medical advice?

No. Symptom Log is not a medical device. It describes your own logged numbers — averages, streaks, co-occurrences. It never diagnoses, names a condition, interprets a reading as healthy or dangerous, or suggests treatment.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. The trends are computed there too; only a small summary of the numbers is sent to write a trend summary — never your raw entries or notes — and Oriora keeps nothing.

Do I need a subscription?

No. The app is free; you only pay for the AI trend summaries you run — a fraction of a cent each, billed to your Oriora wallet.

How do I sign in?

With your Oriora account (email code or Google) the first time, then it remembers you.
