Oriora Support Reply Drafter
LivePaste a customer message; get triage plus 2–3 reply drafts to review and send.
Paste an incoming customer support message and Oriora gives you the detected intent, a suggested triage tag, and 2–3 ready-to-edit reply drafts, each in a different tone. A human always reviews and sends — the tool drafts, it never messages your customers. It runs in your Oriora account, nothing is stored, and the AI drafting is billed to your wallet.

FAQ
Does it send replies to my customers?
No. It only produces drafts for a human to review, edit, and send. There is no auto-send, no inbox connection, and no live chat — the tool never messages your customers.
Will it make up facts like prices or order numbers?
No. It is instructed never to invent prices, dates, ticket numbers, refunds, or commitments. When a fact is missing it leaves a clearly-bracketed placeholder (e.g. [order number]) for you to fill. It also never writes as though something has already been done — a refund or a cancellation is offered for you to carry out, never claimed as complete.
Can I make the drafts sound like us?
Yes. Add tone notes ("warm, keep it short") and policy notes ("no refunds past 30 days") next to the message and every draft honours them. Each draft comes back in a different register so you can pick the one that fits, and they all end with a [Your name] sign-off for you to replace.
Where does my data go?
Nothing is stored. The message you paste is sent for the single drafting call, billed to your Oriora wallet, and then forgotten — no ticket history, no saved drafts.
How do I sign in?
With your Oriora account — an emailed code, or Continue with Google, GitHub or Apple. One account covers every Oriora app.
